I was feeding my colonies last night and noticed a new guy, which turned into 4 new guys! I only had one trap with me and caught this big tuxedo boy. The two tabby cats are young and I think they could be friendly. There was another large black kitty but he disappeared when I pulled into the parking lot. Tonight I will bring more traps and hope I get the rest. Please help us continue to provide vetting and food for these community cats. I have 26 colonies that we feed every time. Dominick feeds the other 20 colonies every night. We are spending $3,000 a month on food just for colony cats. It really does take a village, if you would like to help, here are some ways to do that…

Hart & Zack found their forever home! Thank you to Diane Manchester and Dominick Russo for rescuing this little family. The mom and her four kittens had taken up residency in the undercarriage of an SUV. The first three were relatively easy to catch but the fourth was a stinker. Finally, after more than 24 hours of trapping, the last one was caught. The owner of the SUV had to dismantle the exhaust system, in order to get out the last kitten. Once rescued they went to foster with Darleen Santos, thank you so much Darleen. She helped find homes for two of the kittens and the Mom, Zia. Now the whole family is off the streets and in to great homes. Happy lives kitties!! ❤️🐈‍⬛

George and Harold found their forever home! These two cute brothers were rescued from the streets of the Bayshore area of Naples. They are so lucky to not have to try and survive on the street. Happy lives boys! ❤️❤️

Claire has found her forever home! This sweet senior girl came to us right before Hurricane Ian hit. A kind person found her outside, all alone. She had a chip but we could never find the owner. Claire didn’t like to be around the other kitties, so she went to foster. This nice lady came in the other day looking for a senior kitty and she would be an only cat, I knew Claire would be the purrfect kitty for her, turns out I was right! Claire curled up next to her in bed the first night. I am so happy for both of them: happy life Claire. ❤️

Shell has left the building! In January of 2023, we received a message looking for help. Four cats had been dumped at a construction site in Naples. We rescued them all and got them ready for adoption. One of the siamese girls Mermaid was adopted weeks ago with another kitty named Peter. Mermaid’s parents decided that they needed to reunite her with her sister Shell and came back for her a few days ago! We are so happy the girls are back together again. Happy life babies! ❤️

Minky has left the building! I trapped this sweet girl when she was a tiny kitten. She was living with her siblings, under a van at a pool company. Now she will be a pampered house cat. She’s such a sweet kitty. Happy life Minky. 🐈‍⬛❤️😺🍀

Miss Tuna had her babies last night! Six little wiggly butts at the buffet. ❤️ Daddy must have been an orange tabby. This little family will cost us about $1,750 in vetting. We have raised $646 towards their care so far, needing another $1,104 to cover the costs. Please donate if you can. We cannot continue to rescue if we don’t have the funds. Kitten season is coming!! Blanco was found in Immokalee in rough shape. He has been recovering and during that time, won the hearts of volunteers Amy and Ava. They made it official this weekend, he is now part of their family. We are all so happy!! Happy life Blanco. ❤️

We recently inherited this cat colony. This guy is super friendly and has this large growth/tumor/abscess on his face. I want to take him to our vet but would love to have a foster in place first. We don’t have any space at the shelter. Anyone have an extra bedroom/laundry room/bathroom? We also need help to cover the vet bill. His name is Delta, please share, thank you. 🙏🏻 ❤️
