Day 2 and two more runs completed—Braelin clocked 7.99 and 7.94. Just two more runs to go before she earns her first AKC performance title!

A quick recap: This little pup was adopted from with a history of severe anxiety and reactivity. The opportunities we’ve explored have completely transformed her life. She’s now off medication, loves playing with other dogs (and even cats!), and truly thrives in life!

What an exciting day! Chase and I took Braelin to her very first official FastCAT event, where she earned her first scores toward her debut title, running 7.83 and 8.0!

Braelin’s journey is a special one. Through no fault of her own, she found herself at . I took her in as a foster and quickly realized she needed more. Thanks to , we introduced her to FastCAT, and soon after, we discovered the AKC Canine Partners program, which allows mixed-breed dogs to be registered and compete in performance events. So, we got her registered—and here we are! Braelin is thriving and loving every moment of it!

We’re excited to share Braelin’s journey with all of you!

I was so fortunate to have the most wonderful guest on the bus yesterday! Tank is an absolute sweetheart with an incredible story. His dog mom, Candy, wrote a fantastic children’s book all about him. You can meet Candy at Paws Pet Boutique in downtown Naples on Saturday, March 8th, from 2-3 PM—stop by to grab a copy of You Can Call Me Tank and a plush Tank puppy!
