Kristen is a Certified Veterinary Technician who has been with the practice for 3.5 years, and has been a technician for 12 years. Her favorite part of the job is using her skills to help patients feel safe and comforted while they’re away from their families, especially ensuring surgery patients are safe during anesthesia. Outside of work, she enjoys playing Nintendo and spending quality time with her loved ones. Kristen is married to her husband, Zach, and together they share their home with seven cats and eight chickens.

Tracie is the lead veterinary technician at Murray Animal Hospital. She has been with the practice for over three years and has been a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) for 11. Tracie’s favorite part of the job is helping critical patients recover and witnessing the impact it has on both them and their families. She shares her home with four cats and one dog. When she’s not at work, Tracie enjoys hiking with her Irish Setter, Charmander, or playing The Legend of Zelda.

We are long overdue at introducing our incredible staff! We have almost doubled our team and want you to get to know them! Starting out, we have our amazing practice manager Cierra! Cierra has been with the practice since August 2024. Cierra has worked in veterinary medicine since 2009 and has been leading teams for about 10 years. Cierra’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is getting to see the different animals, and she has really enjoyed seeing all of the exotic animals since the exotics department opened last October. Usually the first thing Cierra does when she gets into work is say hi to all the pets in the hospital and give them cuddles and kisses. Cierra also really enjoys developing and supporting her team, and has enjoyed growing the hospital this year. When she is not at work, Cierra loves the outdoors, going to concerts, and going to antique or thrift stores. Cierra and her boyfriend have a pit bull mix named Squish and a cat named Fitz.
