We are currently experiencing phone and internet issues following last nights storms. If you have an emergency please email or call our on call phone at 1-618-318-2497.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Labor Day is just around the corner. During this time our doctors and staff will be taking some time off for some much needed R and R.

Hours are as follows:
Friday 8-5
CLOSED Saturday - Monday.

No emergency services will be provided from Friday at 5pm through Monday.

If emergency services are required please contact the on call technician and they can assist with getting you the information you need to get your patient the appropriate care needed.

Normal office hours and emergency services resume Tuesday at 8am.

Exciting news regarding fleas and ticks as we are right in the heart of flea/tick season.

We all hate those pesky little critters. They make our pets itchy and make us squeamish, and a bit itchy ourselves, especially when we see them on our pets. Well we have an exciting announcement.

In observance of the 4th of July, we will be closed friday the 4th. We will have emergency on call available all day friday and until 4pm on Saturday. Normal call resumes Sunday the 6th. Please note emergency services are for established clients only. If you need assistance please contact the office at 618-565-9643 to receive the on call phone number.

📣Clinic Update📣
We have a few important announcements to share:
1️⃣Doctor on Vacation
Dr. Hodapp will be on vacation from May 24th to June 2nd. During this time, our team and Dr. Rossin will still be here to provide excellent care and answer any questions you may have. If your pets needs urgent attention, please do not hesitate to still reach out to us at the clinic or our emergency line after hours and a technician can direct you properly!
2️⃣New Phone System Installed!
We've recently upgraded our phone system to better serve you and your pets! Thank you for your patience as we have worked through previous issues. We are hopeful this new system will make it easier and faster for you to reach us.
3️⃣Closed for Memorial Day
In honor of Memorial Day, our clinic will be closed on Monday, May 26th. Both of our doctors will be unavailable this day for emergencies. If your pet requires emergency care, you can still contact our emergency line and a technician will direct you appropriately.

We apologize for the inconvenience, our phones are taking calls, but we have had multiple instances this morning where it will randomly drop the call. We have already contacted Frontier and hopefully this issue will be resolved shortly!

Both of our doctors will be out of town and unavailable for emergencies beginning tomorrow at 12:00p.m. Until Monday morning. The clinic will still be open until 5 p.m. tomorrow for any questions or concerns!
While our doctors are unavailable, we will be referring all emergencies to Veterinary Specialty Services in Manchester, Missouri: 636-227-9400. You can still contact our emergency line as well and one of our technicians will direct you appropriately!

We will be closing from 12-1:30p.m. today for a staff lunch and learn!
Our voicemail has unfortunately been having issues again and is working only occasionally, so if you have called and left a voicemail recently and we have not responded, there is a chance we have not received it. We have been working a lot with Frontier to try to get these issues resolved.

We have been having issues with our phone lines currently and our voicemail is not working! Please do not leave a voicemail because we will not receive it. We also found out that if you tried to leave a voicemail this weekend, we did not receive it! We are sorry for the inconvenience and if you called this weekend and tried to leave a voicemail, we unfortunately did not get it. We hope everyone had a good Easter!🐾
