In the next week we have about 10 dogs that will be going into the vet to be spayed/neutered, have their teeth cleaned, and/or other vet care. It is approximately $200-400 for each dog so, once again, we need to ask for donations to help cover these expenses. Pictured are some of the dogs scheduled for surgery soon. We will put donation options in the comments if you are able to help. Every donation helps us continue the Bichon and Little Buddies mission.

Rescuing a dog takes a village, from the first step of getting a homeless dog into the shelter to the last step of getting a dog a home many people are involved from the physical work and the fundraising. Right now Bichon And Little Buddies Rescue has a lot of dogs that are ready to move onto their final step of finding a home but we need to find the right adopters for the dogs. If you know anyone looking to adopt please let them know about us - without adopters rescue can't continue to function. We have great dogs like Raspberry that just need a loving and patient family to apply so they can move onto the forever home stage of rescue.

Sweet Tabitha is looking for a quiet foster home where someone is able to give her eye drops though the day. Tabitha is a senior Shih Tzu/Poodle type mix. She has severe dry eye and we will be getting special eye drops in a few days to use in addition to the eye l**e she currently is receiving. We are hoping the drops will help her eye gain some moisture back to stop her eyes from getting worse. She doesn't have a lot of vision, and is happy to spend time in an exercise pen in the house when she isn't being loved on. The foster home needs to be near Mukwonago WI so she is able to go to her vet appointments. Because of her lack of vision, she needs a home without young children, and either no dogs or only calm dogs.
