Bichon and Little Buddies Rescue is a small non-profit rescue for small dogs, including Bichons, Poodles, Chihuahuas, Schnauzers, and mixes. We do adopt thoughout Wisconsin and to surrounding states.

This is our sweetie adopted from BLB as a very shy girl from a puppy mill. She was with us for a while as she had multiple ear infections which had gone untreated. Her ears were very painful. She found her forever home and is very, very loved.
The owner sends videos to me and I could watch them all day. Here she is discovering toys.

This little girl came to BLB from a puppy mill that is where her life began. She had multiple ear infections which took months to clear up. She got an adopted and like many mill dogs was very afraid. She is now out of her shell!! She is very loved and I love it when her new owner sends videos and I could watch these all day!! First playing with toys!

Looking for a small breed puppy? We have a number of Chihuahua mixes looking for homes. Pictured is Aster, a male who is deaf because he was bred with both parents being merle (that is why is eyes have a 'different' look as well). His foster mom says he may end up being a great therapy dog because he just loves to sit and be held. Saturday Open Hours 1-3 pm at 828 Perkins Dr, Mukwonago WI. You can come see the dogs at the shelter without an appointment during this time. If you are hoping to adopt you will still need an approved application, so apply now to be ready for the open house. We will have new dogs being listed this week including Chihuahua type mix puppies!
