Independence Day is Tomorrow! 🇺🇸 For helpful safety tips, see below! 🎇

🎆 Fireworks can cause significant stress and danger for dogs.

⚠️ To keep your dog safe:

🏠 Create a quiet, familiar space with their favorite comfort items and calming music or put on the TV. Close your shades and keep the light on, keep doors and windows closed to dampen the lights and sounds created by fireworks.
🧸 Use calming aids or consult your vet for anxiety aids. Such examples include anti-anxiety medications, a ThunderShirt wrap, an Adaptil diffuser.
🐾 Stay nearby to provide comfort when possible.
🚫 Never take your dog to fireworks displays, even the most stoic and unaffected dog can spook.
🏷 Ensure they have updated ID tags and their microchip information is current.
🍔 Keep them away from grills and BBQ foods out of reach to prevent ingestion.

Let's prioritize their safety and comfort this season! Keep them safe, keep them indoors!
