Just got back from Saint Lucia where I thought I’d casually conquer Gros Piton with my wife and friends. Instead, I got humbled by the climb, a fully loaded backpack (thanks, honey), and 4.5 hours of sweat and soul-searching 😂

Here’s what I learned: We don’t train just for the gym—we train to enjoy LIFE. Whether it’s climbing a mountain, golfing, or chasing grandkids, your strength makes the fun stuff easier.
