Katie did an amazing job training Mia in obedience and came to me to begin their nose work journey. While Mia faced some environmental challenges, learning to use her nose has helped her gain confidence and overcome so much. I'm incredibly proud of this team and all the hard work they've put in. I can't wait to support and cheer them on this weekend at their very first nose work trial. Good luck, Katie and Mia you've earned it! 🐾❤️

Jochie was only 9 months old here and just beginning the early foundation work for object guarding. 🐾

One of the hardest parts of this exercise isn’t the bite — it’s the clarity and control afterward. The dog must engage the threat, release on their own without a command, and immediately return to guarding the object with focus and stability.

A lot of people think protection work is about creating aggression, but good training is actually about teaching control, neutrality, and clear decision making under pressure.

Before ➡️ After 🐾

Phoebe just finished her private lessons with me, and her mom had this memory pop up on Facebook from exactly one year ago today.

The first photo? Counter surfing on a whole new level with absolutely no boundaries. 😳😂

The second photo? Relaxed, confident, engaged, and actually enjoying structure.

A dog that understands expectations is a dog that can truly relax. 💙🐶✨

I’m super proud of them and thankful they chose me to help with their sweet girl. Happy training, Phoebe! 🐾

Phoebes' cuddles❤️

One of my favorite parts about training dogs is when they come back to stay with me for boarding 🐾❤️

I always tell my clients… yes, we keep up with the training and structure, but selfishly I also get the BEST cuddles. 😍 Phoebe came back for boarding and reminded me exactly why I love what I do so much. Watching these dogs grow, bond, and genuinely love being here means everything to me.

Best combination for both of us — continued training AND sweet snuggles 🥹💕

Dakota has freedom because of training and honestly… wouldn’t you agree THIS is what real freedom looks like? 🐾

Not luck. Not just having a “good dog.” Training. Consistency. Communication.

Because Dakota understands the rules and what’s expected of her, she gets to enjoy MORE life off leash, out in the real world, and part of the fun instead of being left behind. That’s the goal I have for every dog I work with.

This is the payoff. 🎓

If you’re ready for more freedom and less stress with your dog, DM me your dog’s name, breed, and age and let’s talk.

Slip leash goes on like the letter P — not a backwards P. 🐾

The loop should sit HIGH and TIGHT directly behind the ears.

If it’s too low on the neck or flipped backwards, you lose communication and it can become uncomfortable or unsafe for the dog. 🐶

Proper leash placement makes a huge difference in clarity, safety, and handling.

DM me your dog’s name, breed, and age if you’re ready for calmer, more controlled walks! 🐶

Does your dog turn into a flying squirrel when people come over? 🫣🐾

Jumping
Scratching
Zero chill

“Sorry, they’re just excited!” 🙃

Excitement without control is still a problem.

If guests equals chaos at your house, we should change that!

Look at how far Lily and Lola have come with their door manners.

Message me “GUESTS” with your dog’s name, age and breed

Wabi & Stella’s transformation 🔥🐾

When they first came to me… they were intimidating, to say the least.
Barking. Lunging. Growling. Showing teeth.
Walks weren’t happening, and being out in public? Not even an option.

Fast forward to now… and they are THRIVING.

Calmer. More neutral. Able to exist in the world without reacting to everything around them.

And here’s the part people don’t always see—this didn’t happen by accident.
Their mom put in the WORK. Consistency, follow-through, and trust in the process.

That’s what creates results like this 👏

I’m so proud of this team. Wabi & Stella are living a completely different life now—and so is their owner.
