From the Koba’s Four Paws Institute family,
With heavy hearts, we want to share that at 9:17 last night, Britney made the incredibly hard and loving decision to let Koba go.
Koba was surrounded by his favorite people until the very end, showered in love, and yes, plenty of chocolate. He was our namesake, Britney’s first service dog, and the kind of soul dog who helped shape not only our business, but our family. The impact he made is hard to put into words.
Thank you to every client, friend, and family member who prayed, sent good vibes, checked in, and held space for us through this. Your love has meant more than we can say, and we truly appreciate all of the condolences and support.
As a family, we’ll be taking the next week to celebrate his life and gently work through our grief. If you have any stories, memories, or photos with Koba, we would be so grateful if you’d share them in the comments or send them to us. We want to gather every little piece of him that lives in your hearts too.
