Good morning from Everest!
Everest only eats at night after his loving foster mommy has gone to bed so she snapped this pic of how he looks at her politely waiting for her to give him privacy.
No kibbles for this special boy, he only eats Farmers Dog.
Like his barn mates, he isn't interested in any type of treats or taking food offered by people.
Keep sending positive thoughts for Everests (and all 5 rescues) progress to learning how to cohabitate with loving humans. 💙

If you mail in an incomplete food pantry application or spay/neuter application, your application will automatically be placed on hold. All instructions and the requirements are on all our applications. We will NOT call you to inform you on what is missing. We can’t constantly keep making extra unnecessary phone calls. Also, please do not mail in orginal copies of your financials or vet paperwork and expect us to copy and mail back your orginals, thats not going to happen. Please make your own copies and mail in the copies along with the application. One more thing, we do not accept your information through email or text. ALL paperwork and information needs to be together and mailed to us. Thank you for understanding. We are working with minimum volunteers and extra work is something we do not need.

Dogs teach us how to love. 🥹
This is Dallas minutes after being surrendered. He was scared…yet still showing unconditional affection. Dallas is 4 years old and only been with his one person his whole life, until his human did what is best for Dallas by bringing him in because admittedly, he was unable to provide the care Dallas deserves.
Dallas is a big, handsome soul who also lived with other dogs. He’s waiting for his second chapter to start with his new and final destination.
Open at noon to meet Dallas.

We have 5 American Eskimos that will need special homes.
So incredibly pitiful, they are the product of a breeder with no standards and extremely poor care. They had no choice being forced to reside in an unsanitary environment with no sun, grass or human touch, lacking proper vet care and socialization. These are just a few of the issues from where these 5 adorable and deserving pups came from.
They are older and seeking calm homes with patience for them to continue their journey learning how to accept and cohabitate with people.

Thanks for understanding they are special needs and won’t thrive in active homes where many people reside visit frequently or have a high level of activity. 💖

CSEA Tri-County Local 0914 has done it again!
Every year we can count on seeing Cathy Barretta, President, with a generous cash donation and supplies collected from their organization. Thank you to all who donated and for choosing us as your charity! All are much needed and will go to great use, our residents are appreciative. ☺️
