Dogs do not forget simple commands, most of the time they are just allowed to get away with negative behaviors which leads to them getting in trouble. Training is a family affair

What does a dog see when they look at children they live with? A friend to play with? A chew toy? Someone to respect or someone to take advantage of?

We want dogs to have an expectation with children, along with very clear boundaries.

Expectation is building a relationship through obedience, using play correctly, building engagement so the dog sees the correct picture.

Boundaries are non negotiable. Establishing rules on what is allowed and not allowed. Consistency is key.

Dogs are very versatile, their potential might surprise you. Start them off with the correct training and watch them exceed your expectations.

For many dogs training offers a second chance at life. Whether they were recently adopted, rehomed, made some poor decisions resulting in a bite history, the list goes on. What some people see in a dog is not always the final product. Dogs are capable of so much and can be offered that second chance with the correct training. I constantly get updates from clients that are committed to working with their dogs and now are doing things with them that they did not think was possible before. Commit to them and they will surely surprise you.
