Important policy updates**

To reduce lead times and maximize your pets care, we are transitioning to an every 4-6 week grooming schedule for all clients, with some exceptions of 8 weeks- at our professional discretion. Any appointments exceeding 8 weeks will not be serviced.

This ensures the quality service we provide remains consistent and reliable. Please remain transparent and kind as we navigate this system.

We require Rabies, DHPP and bordetella at our facility.

Pricing is tailored to your individual pet. We will be implementing an official price increase July 1st. We will communicate new prices privately at your appointments.

We are working with live, unpredictable animals with extremely sharp equipment, please expect your grooming appointment to be several hours.

Rude, disrespectful behavior and derogatory language will not be tolerated in our facility. If these circumstances arise, immediate action will be taken.
