Jade has been in the veterinary field for three years and has been part of the Village Oak family for the past year.
Her favorite part of being a veterinary receptionist is making connections and supporting people through the highs and lows of owning a pet. She brings kindness, compassion, and a smiley, positive demeanor that helps put both clients and their pets at ease.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys treasure hunting at thrift stores and checking out new coffee shops.

Austyn has been part of the Village oak family for nearly 3 years. She ended up in veterinary medicine by happenstance, but sometimes it feels like it was exactly where she was meant to be.
Austyn loves caring for our clients and their fur babies and enjoys being able to make a difference for them each day. Austyn’s team first attitude shines through in her willingness to step in and help throughout the hospital, making her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of work, Austyn loves spending time with her girlfriends,being at the beach, and going on long drives.

For the past 12 years, Lynda has been a devoted part of the Village oak family. Her kindness, hard work, and dedication have made a difference to our team,our clients, and the pets we care for every day.

When she’s not at work, Lynda stays busy being a mom to two teenagers and two fur babies. She also enjoys wine tasting, country dancing, watching sports, camping, spending time with family and friends and going to concerts.

Our reception team is the heart of our front office and the first face so many of our clients and pets see. We are so grateful for all their hard work, kindness, patience, and dedication.
