🍁🧡 Hello, November! 🧡🍁

A new month, a season of gratitude, and a beautiful reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things. 🍂🐾

Here at Village Oak Veterinary Hospital, November is a time to reflect on all the things we’re thankful for.

🐾 The furry friends who fill our days with love (and sometimes a little chaos!).

❤️ The wonderful families who trust us with their beloved pets.

🩺 Our amazing team, whose compassion and dedication make a difference every single day.

🍁 And the unconditional love, wet noses, wagging tails, and tiny paw prints that make life so special.

This month, we want to hear from YOU! 🧡

Tell us something you’re thankful for this November! Bonus points if it has four paws and a tail! 🐶🐱

From our Village Oak family to yours, here’s to a November filled with love, kindness, gratitude, and plenty of furry cuddles!

🍂 Happy November! 🍂

🎃👻 Happy Halloween from all of us at Village Oak Veterinary Hospital! 🐾🧡

Halloween is full of tricks, treats, and spooky fun, but let’s make sure our four-legged family members stay safe too!

🐾 Keep chocolate, candy, and anything containing xylitol away from pets.

🎃 Keep curious noses and wagging tails away from candles, decorations, and electrical cords.

👻 Make sure your pets have a quiet, comfortable place to relax away from the doorbell and trick-or-treaters.

🦇 Double-check collars, ID tags, and microchip information in case a frightened pet slips out.

🐶 And remember, not every pet enjoys wearing a costume. Their comfort and safety always come first!

We hope you and your furry little monsters have a safe, happy, and SPOOKTACULAR Halloween! 🧡🖤

From your Village Oak Veterinary Hospital family! 🐾🎃

CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY AT VILLAGE OAK!

Santa must have gotten our wish list a little early this year because Village Oak Veterinary Hospital has a BRAND-NEW digital X-ray unit!

While most people get excited about new phones, TVs, and gadgets… our veterinary team gets excited about new medical equipment!

Our new X-ray unit is officially up and running, and our team wasted no time putting it to work!

This exciting upgrade helps us continue providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and exceptional care for your furry family members.

Some people get excited about shiny new cars… we get excited about shiny new X-ray machines! It’s a veterinary thing!

New technology, same amazing team, and the same dedication to the pets we love!

Who says you have to wait until December to open presents?

🌼🐾 Forever in Our Hearts — Día de los Mu***os 🐾🌼

Some paw prints never fade, and some loves never leave us. ❤️

As Día de los Mu***os approaches, we want to take a moment to honor and remember the beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Although we won’t have our traditional ofrenda displayed at the hospital this year, we still want to celebrate the beautiful lives that have touched our hearts.

🌈 We invite you to share a photo, a favorite memory, or simply the name of a beloved pet in the comments below.

Whether they left us recently or many years ago, their love remains a part of our lives forever.

From all of us at Village Oak Veterinary Hospital, thank you for allowing us to be part of their stories. We remember them with you. 🐾❤️

🌼 Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. 🌼

💚🐾 That’s a Wrap on Veterinary Technician Week 2026! 🐾💚

What an incredible week of celebrating our amazing veterinary team!

From delicious lunches, sweet treats, snacks, thoughtful gifts, and coffee trucks to laughter, fun games, friendly competition, and some fabulous prizes, this week was filled with so much love and appreciation!

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our wonderful doctors, management, vendors, coworkers, and everyone who helped make this week so special. Your kindness and generosity truly meant so much to our entire team.

A special thank you to our amazing clients who took the time to share kind words, stories, and messages of appreciation. Your support reminds us why we love what we do.

And to our incredible veterinary technicians and assistants — thank you for the compassion, dedication, teamwork, and heart you bring to our patients every single day. The work isn’t always easy, but the difference you make is immeasurable.

We laughed, we celebrated, we got a little competitive (okay, maybe VERY competitive! 😂), and most importantly, we made some wonderful memories together.

We are so grateful for our Village Oak family and everyone who made this week unforgettable!

💚🐾 Here’s to the amazing people behind the scrubs! 🐾💚

Their hard work doesn’t always happen in the spotlight, but the difference they make is felt by every patient, every client, and every member of our team.

🐾💚 What Is It Wednesday: 💚🐾

Different titles. Different responsibilities. One incredible team!

In veterinary medicine, every role matters! Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and Veterinary Assistants bring different skills, training, and responsibilities to patient care, but both play an essential role in what we do every day.

Today, we’re highlighting the differences between these two important roles while celebrating what they share: compassion, dedication, teamwork, and a love for animals.

At Village Oak Veterinary Hospital, we recognize and appreciate the hard work, knowledge, and heart that EVERY member of our veterinary team brings to our patients.

Different roles. Shared purpose. One amazing team.

🐾💚 Vet Tech Week 2026: On the Clock vs. Off the Clock! 💚🐾

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing Registered Veterinary Technicians!

On the clock, they’re monitoring anesthesia, caring for patients, assisting with procedures, comforting nervous pets, and helping keep our hospital running smoothly.

Off the clock? Well, that’s when we get to see the personalities, passions, and adventures behind the scrubs!

These incredible individuals give so much of themselves every day, and we’re excited to show you a little glimpse of who they are outside the hospital walls.

Please join us in celebrating our wonderful RVTs and showing them some love in the comments! 💚
