A simple, whole-food plant-based bowl built for real nourishment, steady energy, and serious nutrient density.

🍚 What’s in it:

• 1 cup cooked millet
• 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
• ½ cup chickpeas
• 1 tbsp tahini
• big handful fresh microgreens
• lemon + spices (turmeric, garlic, pepper)

🥄 Quick dressing:

Tahini + lemon + splash of water + turmeric + black pepper
(optional: tiny touch maple or date)

• Protein: 16–18g
