Hello all. I am sad to say I will not be continuing to grow more Microgreens. It’s quite unfortunate since we grew rather quickly in a relatively short amount of time along with our customer base. I have other endeavors that have taken up most of my time. We thoroughly enjoyed growing Microgreens and going to the market. If anyone is interested in buying our growing equipment and seeds let me know. I have plenty of seeds. Shoot me an email or send me a direct message.

Hello all, this week will be my last attendance at Farmers Markets in Foley and Fairhope for a couple of months and high probability for the rest of the year. For this weekend, I will have a wide variety of Microgreens before I take off on my hiatus: Cress, Broccoli, Cabbage (Red), Broccoli Mix, Kale, Arugula, Rambo Purple Radish, Pea, Sunflower, Cantaloupe Melon, & Wheatgrass. Along with some herbs and plants: Thai Chili, Chocolate Mint, and Cherry Tomato plants. See you this weekend! 🌱🌍❤️

Cress 🌱 - if you like broccoli or kale with a mild peppery flavor, this has an excellent flavor profile that is not too overpowering.

I always love a simple ribeye steak. Nothing too fancy. Just salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a lil paprika. Rubbed in olive oil and charcoal grilled. Of course pair it with some pea shoots with balsamic and potato salad!

Just finished setting up, Foley 9am-2pm. Today we got Arugula, Broccoli, Cantaloupe Melon, Cilantro, Kale, Pea, Radish, Sunflower, & Pet grass. I got a few more weeks before I am taking couple weeks off. Get your Micros in while you still can.

Almost done harvesting some fresh Microgreens for Semmes today. Arugula, Broccoli, Cilantro, Sprout Mix, Kale, Radish, & Sunflower. We also have Thai Basil and Mint plants along with some Pet Grass for your dogs/cats. See you there!

Semmes Farmer's Market is happening this Thursday! Come grab some fresh fruits and veggies and enjoy music by Darrell Qualls. The Neon Grill food truck will be on site for a quick bite.
