A & S Services is 24 years old today. I got fired from Heads heating and air the day before we signed paperwork to purchase the little dump of a trailer on about 1 acre in Irvington. I had framed houses with my brothers and ran a crew installing above ground pools for Billy Day. I also hald lots of HVAC experience so I had already learned trade skills. That had me doing a lot of side work. Jacquelyn was a stay at home mom at the time so the decision to take the leap was a risk to say the least. We struggle mightily for a long time before I really got traction, but it was worth it. A & S Services has afforded me the ability to coach my children and of course many others. I never missed any of their school events or any others. I've been able to support my wife through college and continue to cover her as needed so she can put her career as her priority (shes a huge help for A&S as well). Its allowed me to travel and vacation with my family almost any time we feel like it. Its been a good career and I'm so very thankful for everyone who has supported me along the way.
25 year silver milestone next year.
