Ya'll keep in mind that your heat pumps are not going to work in this kind of extended freezing weather. You should turn your thermostat to auxiliary or emergency heat.
Even if there is warmth blowing out of your vents when you have your heat pump on, it's probably still not working properly.

This is a copy of a text sent from a previous customer (and friend) who recommended me to work for their parents. This part of the job never gets old.
