It has been a busy start to 2025. Finished the pecan harvest and began land prep for spring crops. Cleaned the peaches in preparation for pruning next month Put lout freeze protection. Planted tomatoes and pepper transplant

We have braved the cold and are at the Cowtown Farmers Market. Pecans ( shelled, inshell and honey roasted) daikon radishes, firewood and pecan wood roasted kona blend coffee.
