Just a quick update that I will be back at the shop this week doing business as usual. My hand feels 80% better. It is a bit sore at times so I am asking that clients please be patient with me if it does take a few extra minutes past the usual as I’m unsure how it will affect me when in use all day long. Again I appreciate all the patience and understanding from those who had to be rescheduled this past week.

Just to give a quick update I am having to reschedule all of the appointments for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, my hand is healing at a slow pace, and I haven’t healed to a point where I can even put a Band-Aid on or glove to protect the area from getting hair or water on it. If I couldn’t get a hold of you, I did leave a voicemail or sent a text. I believe it’s just a handful from Thursday and Friday who haven’t responded back. If you see this please get with me as soon as possible so I can get you rescheduled within a reasonable time frame and not three or four weeks out. Thankyou for your understanding

Joann will be covering for me on Friday and Monday. I experienced a freak accident today at the shop where I went to pick up a dog and accidentally hit the wooden frame of my groom room door, causing a piece of wood to become lodged under my fingernail, all the way to the knuckle of my hand. Fortunately, surgery was not required, and the wood was successfully removed after my fingernail and some skin were taken out. Currently, I am in extreme pain and need to keep the affected area dry and free of hair. As this is my first experience with an injury of this nature, I am unsure of the recovery time. I will follow up on Monday to determine if any appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. I would also like to take a moment to express my gratitude to my clients, who have been extremely understanding and supportive. One client, in particular, went above and beyond, assisting me with canceling appointments, accompanying me to the hospital, and ensuring my car was returned to my family. I am thankful that the majority of my clients are kind, honest, and caring individuals.

The schedule is now open for booking online from now until the end of the year. If you do choose to book that far in advance please make sure to keep track of your appointments and cancel within a reasonable time frame if you are unable to make it due to a schedule change.

Please pre-schedule your appointments.
These are the last openings for July unless there is a cancellation or a change in my schedule that allows me to work late. If you can book your next appointment before you leave your last that is the best thing to do. Also just a quick reminder the shop is closed until July 10th - Daisy

Please be aware that my truck is parked at my shop, but that does not mean I am open or there. Unfortunately my truck did break down today. I do not want any clients to pull up thinking I’m there and not answering the doorbell to be rude. I will be there tomorrow from 7am- 4pm, closed Sunday and Monday. Open Tuesday 7am-4/5pm and then will be closed July 2nd - July 9th as pre-scheduled.

🚨🚨 I had two cancellations which opened up Saturday June 28th @ 7am and 9am as well as July 1st @ 11am. These are the last openings until after the 4th of July.

Please pre-book your appointments for July.
Do not wait last minute. At this time I am booked until July 12th. There are 31 days between now and the 12th. If you wait I will not be able to accommodate you same week. More often than not by the time someone cancels last minute or no shows at the shop there’s not enough time to contact anyone before the next appointment. Please do not depend on there being a same day cancellation.
