Starting January 1st the scheduling app that has been used for booking appointments and texting reminders will no longer be in service and you will no longer be able to text it. To book an appointment after that date you will need to call Animal Hospital of Pea Ridge. (850)772-0662. Just tell them you want to book a grooming appointment with me and if you have already been there or not.

🐾 Hey everyone! Quick update! 🐾

I’ve officially moved grooming locations and am now taking dogs at Animal Hospital of Pea Ridge! ✂️🐶
(Located on Hwy 90 across from Fusion Fine Wines & Spirits, just east of the Pea Ridge Connector.)

Same groomer, same quality care — just a new spot. 💙

I’ll also be making a small change to scheduling:
I’m transitioning into set drop-off times at 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. As always, I’ll still be grooming a limited number of pets per day, and your pups will be in a calm, private grooming space with just me.

📌 Important: Please bring proof of rabies vaccination for your appointment.

If you already have an appointment, it will now be at the new location. If you’d like to book or need to make changes, just send me a message — I’ve got you covered!

Just a few quick announcements!

I will be having a price increase soon. If your pet falls under this I will message you before your pet’s appointment to let you know the new pricing.

When you receive a text that says (Automated message.)… That text is automatically sent from my scheduling app. Usually this is to let you know an appointment is coming up and I need a confirmation or it is letting you know it’s time to schedule an appointment. It is not me sending a text out directly. Please give me a bit to respond. I do not answer my phone while I am working on pets. Everyone is one on one and due to that time crunch or whatever chaos may have happened during the day I really don’t have time to stop what I’m doing. I’m sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. I’m only one person though. Please allow 2-3 business days for me to reply (unless I am on vacation). There is no need to respond to that text and text my cell directly as well.. (Please don’t think this is directed at anyone specifically. I have had several clients do this. It is just to inform.) I am also coming up on my busy season. I work late hours sometimes. There are some nights where I don’t get home until 8 or 9.
