CARE STL is waiving adoption fees this weekend as extreme heat sends more dogs into the already overcrowded shelter west of downtown. 🐾

The shelter at 2700 Walnut Place is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

You guys love Dr. Lee Schaufler.

He had quite the following in his previous clinic in Belleville. And they are following him to Mon-Clair. That speaks volumes.

He is here 5 days a week for you and your pets.

I am Struggling to get our hours posted right on socials and google.. so if you could share this, I'd appreciate it very much.

So here they are.
Monday 7am to 4pm
Tuesday thru Friday.. 8am to 5pm.

We are so happy to have Dr. Lee Schaufler at Mon-Clair Animal Hospital. He's great!

I have been waiting to share the news... And now I can!

The sad news...
Dr Evans, a fabulous man, dropped everything and packed a few things, brought his lovely wife and moved from Arizona to open Mon-Clair up, a little over a year ago.. He bought a house in Waterloo, joined a church and became a wonderful addition to the local communities.

Unfortunately, he had to return home and cut 2 years off of his plan to keep serving our clients, he packed up everything, sold his home, and took Linda back to Arizona.

Dr. Tyree and Dr. Emilia... were our heroes!
They stayed with us until....

The great news. .
Do you know Dr. Lee Schaufler? He's a local vet..
He has worked in a Belleville office for a few years.. and he is ready to call Mon-Clair home.

August 10th is when he comes to serve Millstadt and surrounding towns. I spent an afternoon with him and I think you will absolutely love him.

Our new hours...
Monday 7am to 4pm
Tuesday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
We are open 5 days a week now!!
Surgeries are ti be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings..

We are excited and offer a warm welcome to our hero.. Dr. Lee

This young boy was found on 11th street, in Belleville. He has both fresh bite wounds and scarring of past fights. I've made a slight adjustment to this picture. Had a collar and no tags. He is getting scanned for a chip at Mon-Clair Animal Hospital today. As well as a heartworm test.

I have searched all "lost pets" on Facebook. No one is missing him.

Owner must tell me
1. What I have edited on his picture..
2. What color the collar is.
3. If he's intact or neutered.
4. Must show proof, with pictures of this dog.
