When you love your “happy place” so much… why wait for a ride? On July 22, Sampson, an energetic pup, slipped out of his fenced yard and engineered his own 1.5‑mile journey straight to his favorite hangout: Dogtopia of Springfield! That’s right, he made the journey all on his own to his home away from home!

"Relieved and not at all surprised" is how his parents described their reaction to the news.

Sampson the dog surprised his owners by escaping from his fenced backyard to travel over a mile, across busy roads, to visit his friends at his favorite doggy daycare

Andre has earned his spot as Dog of the Month! He's newer to our pack, but he fits in like he's been here since day one! His sweet, calm but playful personality shines in our Romper and Gym room! (As he goes to and from each room!) Andre has made so many BFFF's, listing them was very difficult! Some BFFF'S include Beau B, Zuri, Shiloh, Jade H, and Albert! When Andre is not sun bathing, he's enjoying all the pets and loves meatballs!🌞
