K-9 Perceptions A family of dog trainers helping family dogs by providing lessons at your place, in public, & camp training at our home.

We build a foundation in a family setting, educate your family, and teach confidence in public. Hi folks, my name is Caleb Frisbee and I’ve been training dogs my whole life and K9 Perceptions has been apart my life since 2009. We’ve went through some changes since then with facilities, employees, and mind-sets, gaining knowledge along the way. It’s 2021 now and K9 Perceptions is a family business

with a family of dog trainers. My wife Katie and daughters Layla and Hallie make up the whole crew. My biggest take away from experience since the start is dog training is personal. You have to get to know the dog to train it. Our main goal is of course to achieve your goals but to do so in a very personal way allowing you and your family to enjoy your dog more than you ever imagined. Our dedication to your dog is what sets us apart. Our process is based on learning theory. With experience of working 1000s of dogs from obedience to working dogs and handling even the most complex behavioral problems throughout the country we are more than capable of helping you and your dog. We can build a stronger bond between dogs and their families because we are a family going through it just like you but the only difference we have a life time of experience doing it. When your dog runs into a behavioral issue, we know it can be overwhelming, but we are confident after you speak to us your worries will subside. Message us to set up your free initial consultation. Taking your dog out into public should be one of the best experiences you and your dog have. However it takes a foundation of rules and work to get there. Do you want to know how I consistently get dog after dog to behave so politely while out? Join me Wednesdays for our Adventure dog Club and see dog training a different way.

Our field trips have been getting phenomenal results. I’m opening up to 3 new private lesson clients in July for 3 lessons per week eventually field trips. I also have a limited availability with boarding so get reservations in early. I have 2 upcoming board and train openings.

1 month of private lessons taking you & your dog together through my 3 phase training program. We will do 3 lessons a week where I coach you through the details of training and k9 handling techniques. I give you homework that’s supposed to be practiced 3 times a day in short sessions. The lesson involves me working your dog and demonstrating techniques you’ll be practicing when I’m not there. A commitment here can change your and your dogs life by teaching you important communication skills and teaching the dog commands that help set expectations in life.. Message me for details!

I’ll take your dog through advanced training in 4 different goal oriented phases of training while taking you through a master class in k9 handling skills. I’m excited to offer this option for serious training goals. The primary goal is to get your dog to service dog level skills. Attention! 2 openings for boarding and training in April. Don’t just board your dog while you travel. Instead send it to our Family Farm to train, socialize, and support our veterans nonprofit faithandvalork9 along the way. We also beat a lot of competitions pricing. If your dog doesn’t need training we also offer limited boarding and can even pick your dog up and drop them off. Literally you just need to message me and then focus on your travels.
