The South Florida mango
Did you know that if you have an allergic pet that scratches excessively, has eye or respiratory issues then mangoes may also be the culprit.
Inhalant allergies along with contact to mango skin and leaves
can trigger allergic reactions in dogs and do not require eating the fruit. The mango tree pollen can very easily become airborne.
Seems no one talks about this much. If you or your neighbors have mango trees in bloom then mention this to your vet when they go in for stubborn allergic issues.

It only takes a small amount to wrap pill and they slurp it up. Give it a try. Key word is only use enough to cover pill.

Please remember to walk your dogs early in the day or after sunset. Have plenty of water available because they will drink more and remember that high humidity can be stifling for a dog.
Dogs have sweat glands but do not use them to cool down the way we do.

And for those of you that want to know. We got him as pup from
FamilyLovedLabs in Minnesota. It took a while to find this breeder but it was a godsend. His demeanor, attitude and behavior are unmatched.
