Paws Plus You only uses force-free fear-free positive reinforcement training methods. Paws Plus You is dedicated to training dogs and educating pet parents on solutions to behavior problems, teach basic manners, and learning life skills by using force free positive reinforcement methods which are scientifically proven. We want to strive to stengthen the dog-human relationship and help to meet the

needs of your canine, build trust, and create a happy successful life for the entire family. We hope with our efforts that this will make an impact of less canines relinquished to animal shelters and rescue groups due to behavior issues.

We wanted to say thank you to everyone who attended all our group walks this past walking season! We were able to raise $320! 🤗

We sponsored 2 dog adoption fees. 🐾Rip, who was recently adopted from Paradise Animal Rescue, and Sable who still resides at Lapeer County Animal Control (pic in comments).

We had so much fun on our group walks and we will be having them again next year 😊

⭐️⭐️Client Spotlight⭐️⭐️

We first met this gorgeous girl, Sammy, back at the end of March 2024. Sammy has some big feelings about men and new strangers. She was involved in a bad car accident and was lost for a few days. This was a traumatic experience for Sammy and she developed some fear and anxiety....understandable!

Fast forward to today....Sammy attends our group dog walks and has met many strangers and other dogs due to going slowly and having positive experiences! She also stays at Wendy's house when her family goes out of town and does amazing things while on her own little vacation 👏

Most importantly, Sammy's family has put the time and effort into making Sammy feel better and providing her with enriching experiences ❤️ They love her and have done amazing work!

Yay Sammy! We are so proud of you!

We had the pleasure of working with this handsome guy for 2 days this week 😊 He has some scary feelings when it comes to other dogs due to a past traumatic experience...it happens sadly but yes, we can make our dogs feel better!!! 🤗

So after we gathered more info and got to know the handsome dude, we met up the next day at the park with Guido (Wendy's dog) and our meeting went better than expected! ❤️

We will meet again soon after some exercises have been worked on and we are hoping for more progress. In the meantime, we are going to celebrate the happy success experience we had🙌
