For decades, Military Working Dogs have bravely served alongside our troops, detecting explosives, protecting soldiers, and saving countless lives. From D-Day to modern missions, these canine heroes have shown unmatched loyalty and courage.

Now through Independence Day, Fox Run Animal Hospital is proud to support our Military Working Dogs through direct donations.

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone for our beloved clinic cat, Honey

One year ago, Honey officially joined the family here at Fox Run Animal Hospital, and she has filled our hospital with extra love, comfort, and plenty of personality ever since. Whether she’s supervising appointments, greeting clients, or finding the sunniest spot for a nap, Honey has become such an important part of our days.

Thank you to everyone who gives Honey pets, treats, and so much love when you visit. We think she’s pretty lucky to call Fox Run home and honestly, we’re the lucky ones ❤️

🐾 Honoring Our Military Working Dogs

From World War I to today’s elite military operations, Military Working Dogs have courageously served beside our soldiers in some of the most dangerous conditions imaginable. These incredible canines have carried supplies, detected explosives, protected troops, tracked enemies, and even saved countless lives on the battlefield.

Heroes like Chips, Cairo, and Conan remind us that bravery comes in all forms — sometimes with four legs and a wagging tail.

Dogs parachuted into Normandy on D-Day, guarded wounded soldiers through the night, uncovered hidden threats, and stood faithfully beside our troops through every conflict. Their loyalty and sacrifice deserve to be remembered and honored.

Memorial Day through Independence Day, Fox Run Animal Hospital is proud to support our canine heroes by sending donations directly to Military Working Dogs. ❤️🐶

The feast days honoring the namesakes of the St. Bernard dog occur on May 28 for St. Bernard of Menthon, patron saint of the Alps and these gentle giants.
