🐾 Dog of the Week: Meet Kallie! 💗

We're excited to continue our partnership with Collin County Animal Services to help bring more visibility to adoptable pets through their rescue partner, Freemont's Furry Friends.

Just look at that head tilt! Kallie is a 3-year-old shepherd mix who is looking for her forever home. She gets along well with other dogs, walks great on a leash, and loves meeting new people. Whether she's playing with friends or relaxing after a busy day, Kallie is happy just being part of the fun.

Kallie is available for adoption through Fremont's Furry Friends. She is heartworm positive, but her treatment is fully covered through the wonderful non profit, Adopt My Heart. Her future family is only responsible for a $50 deposit, and the remainder of her treatment costs are covered.

If you're looking for a friendly, easygoing companion, Kallie may be the perfect fit. Please share to help her find her forever home! 🐾💙

Congratulations to Charlie and his mom and dad for winning the basket from the recent Tails & Trails 5K benefiting Collin County Animal Services! 😍

We donated the winner’s basket to help support the shelter’s spay and neuter fund, and Charlie officially stopped by to redeem his prize 🐶

His basket included a complimentary exam, wellness lab panel, and microchip through our hospital. Charlie wasn’t completely convinced about his appointment, but he won everyone over with that cute face!!

We loved getting to meet this sweet family and were so happy to be part of such a great community event 🐾

Please help us officially welcome Dr. Stephanie Boone 💙🐾

Dr. Boone has been in the veterinary field for over 11 years, including the past two years practicing as a veterinarian. She has special interests in personalized patient care, client education, soft tissue surgery, and building trusting relationships with pets and their families.

Her passion for helping animals live long, happy, healthy lives while supporting the families who care for them aligns perfectly with the values we hold close at Stonebridge Family Vet.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Boone enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, along with her Pit Bull Terrier and miniature horses. She also loves photography, art, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Boone will officially begin seeing patients on June 1st! Clients are welcome to call now or go online to schedule an appointment with her.

The shredder presented for acute paper impaction and was taken into surgery immediately.

Our technician, Ashley, performed a delicate foreign body retrieval using hemostats and pure determination. Prognosis is currently fair pending further diagnostics. 👀😂

This little guy came in for a weight check and quickly became the most popular patient in the building 😍

Meet Bogey, an 8 week old English Bulldog puppy! Between his wrinkles, cuddles from Georgianna, and the dramatic tired sploot, he definitely kept us entertained.

Special thank you to Bogey’s father for sharing this little squish with us. We’re already counting down until his next puppy visit!!
