Our adoption event at the Pineville Habitat for Humanity will be held inside, so no need to worry about the rain☔
It starts at 12:00 p.m. and we are so excited to see so many of you come out to support the rescue. 🥰

We will also be accepting donations 💵 during the event including:
New and gently used
• Crates
• Dog beds
• Food and water bowls
• S/M Harnesses, leashes, collars and clothes

Come meet some of our adorable rescue pups looking for foster, foster-to-adopt, and forever homes 💛🐶

This is the perfect opportunity to:
✔️ Meet our dogs in person
✔️ Talk with fosters and our rescue director, Daryl
✔️ Learn about each dog’s personality and needs
✔️ Apply on-site to foster or adopt
✔️ Support local rescue efforts in South Charlotte, NC

🚨If you are interested in one of the dogs that we have available for adoption please email us 📨[email protected] so that we can send you an adoption application to be able to pre-approve prior to event date.

💖🐾 Meet Channel and try not to fall in love 🐾💖

Channel is a beautiful 2-year-old, 8ish lb Shih Tzu with the sweetest personality and the cutest little face to match 🥹

This lovable girl is:
✔️ Crate/ Leash trained
✔️ Great with other dogs
✔️ Obsessed with cuddles and attention
✔️ Playful and loves toys 🧸

She’s still working on potty training, but she’s doing great and just needs consistency and patience.

Channel truly loves being around people and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you 💛 Whether she’s curled up in your lap or playing with her toys, she’s the kind of dog that makes a house feel like home.

✨ Channel will come with a voucher for veterinary care including her spay.

🐾💛 Richie (aka Biggie) is still waiting for the right foster or foster-to-adopt home 💛🐾

It’s been a few weeks, and despite how far Richie has come, we still haven’t found the patient, loving home he truly needs.

Richie’s seizures are currently much more controlled since entering rescue 🙏 and he is doing so much better overall. However, he still needs:
✔️ Consistent medication management
✔️ Someone home more often
✔️ A calm, stable environment
✔️ Patience and understanding with his separation anxiety

Richie is a sweet, loving boy who thrives on companionship, routine, and feeling safe. He hasn’t had the easiest life, and we want so badly to give him the second chance he deserves 💛

Experience with seizure disorders or medication management is a huge plus, but we are happy to teach and guide the right foster. FurBabies provides medications, food, harness, leash, and other necessities.

🏡 If you’ve ever considered fostering, Richie truly needs someone willing to open their heart and home to him sooner than later.

Gunner is looking for his forever home 🏡

Gunner 2yrs Old 12lbs, is basically a shy gym bro trapped in a dog’s body 🏋️‍♂️
When you first meet him, he acts like he’s been forced into an awkward middle school dance, avoiding eye contact, hanging back, pretending he totally didn’t notice you. But give him a little time and suddenly he’s your personal hype man, emotional support buddy, and full-time shadow.
Once Gunner decides you’re his person, congratulations: you now have a very loyal best friend who will happily follow you from room to room like a slightly clingy security guard. He’s energetic, goofy, and loves being part of the action… as long as the action doesn’t involve another male dog stealing his spotlight.🚨
Gunner prefers to be the king👑 of his castle and honestly? He fully believes he deserves that title.
Underneath the cautious start is a sweet, sensitive guy who just wants consistency, patience, and someone to tell him he’s handsome at least 14 times a day.
