Lucy and Leonard are finding their grooves here at the farm. Leonard is very inquisitive, and Lucy is warming up to us. Alfalfa cubes definitely help!

It's weaning time for Luna. As you can imagine, it's pretty noisy here on the farm right now!

We're over-the-moon excited to welcome our newest additions to the farm! Please say hello to Lucy (aka Dolly), an eight year old brindle Highland cow, and her three week old bull calf, Leonard.

They are settling in quite nicely, and will join Luna and Lola after they've gotten used to their new surroundings.

A huge thank you to the Krebs family for helping us grow our herd. 🩷

We've been busy with getting the raised beds ready for planting. Looking forward to working with Luna on halter breaking and planting some veggies and flowers!

I'm going to try my hand at canning vegetables this year. Does anyone have any tips? 🧄🧄🧅🥬🥒🥕🥗

Good morning! Happy Monday!

I was finally able to get into the kitchen and create these beauties! These goatmilk soaps are scented with Moon Child fragrance, and colored with Twilight and Aphrodite micas from Mad Micas. Biodegradable star glitter add some extra sparkle!

I'll be handing these out at the Krewe of Alla parade in NOLA on February 26th. 💚💛💜

Sorry for the radio silence! The past three months have been very trying, to say the least! Unexpected hospital stays, emergency surgeries and a multitude of doctor's appointments for my husband have thrown a monkey wrench in the farm operations. I havent had very much time to make my soap or grow my Highland herd. But we're back, and ready to plan for the spring and summer! Stay tuned!
