LOST DOG in Columbus, Ohio. Lotus was last seen on 1/27/14 at the Motel 6 near 161/71.

Lotus was being watched by a family friend when his Mom was notified that he went 'missing'. Lotus' Mom has reason to believe that his disappearance is extremely suspicious and she believes he is being kept from her.

The family friend has told conflicting stories of what happened to Lotus. One of them being that "he ran away to a good home". When, in fact, he has a very loving home and a family that adores him!

Mom believes he is either being kept by someone else or is being boarded somewhere until she needs to return to New Jersey.

If you have spotted Lotus, have overheard a suspicious conversation in person or viewed on Facebook, or if you have ANY information regarding his whereabouts, please contact Morgan @ 386-275-7659.

Mom is not familiar with the Columbus area, is sick to pieces and is very appreciative of any tips our Pet FBI friends can provide. Thank you very much to the Franklin County Animal Shelter for informing her of Pet FBI.

HELEN (DOG) ADOPTED! SALLY (CAT) RESCUED!
RESCUE INTEREST FOR THE BONDED BUDDIES IF WE CAN FIND A COMMITTED LOS ANGELES AREA FOSTER or PLEASE ADOPT TOGETHER
*BEST BUDDIES - adoption discount if adopted together* A1449709 SALLY & A1449707 HELEN (ADOPTED)
It's not often we have a feline & and canine pair huddling together at the shelter. These two were found abandoned and brought to the shelter together in one carrier loving each other so. Sally, who hides behind sister Helen for security in the unfamiliar land, is a 6 pound, 3 year old female, brown tabby Domestic Shorthair. Sister Helen is the more courageous, shy but sweet, 3 year old, 8 pound female, cream Terrier mix. They came to the shelter on Jan 23, 2014, and just became available for adoption today. We desperately want to get them adopted or rescued together, so are hoping for quick action before one gets adopted separately. We have a fantastic rescue who will commit to placing them together if we can get a local (LA area) foster to hang onto them long enough to accomplish that. Please pledge and share this loving pair! All North Central animals come spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on all their shots (including rabies). North Central LA City shelter; 3201 Lacy St., Los Angeles, CA; 213-485-5767.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Poor Coal PLEASE READ!

* * COAL HAS A SPONSOR THAT OFFERED TO MATCH
UP TO $750 that is half the cost of his care. That means we only need to raise $750 Please help this sweet BOY **

Poor little Shepherd puppy Coal. has had a life of pain Yet he is so happy and full of love , and a huge determination to live. You would think that little Coal,
this sweet little puppy would get a break. Sadly NO

It had been discovered that Coal has an infection and that his remaining back leg will never grow. This infection can eventually kill him if we cannot get it under control.

ASF is forced to make a decision to do yet another surgery to RE BREAK his leg, Clean the infection surgically , THIS WILL COST ABOUT $1500 as it is a complicated orthopedic procedure. Or send him over the bridge . This boy is Smart, Full of life and personality and He is not by any means ready to Give up. Neither are we!

We ask your help to save this sweet Shepherd puppy .

Please Donate via Paypal to [email protected] or on our website donate button www.ashelterfriend.org or call the vet hospital 910-862-3000 to make a donation Please help him!

The entire story is below

A Shelter Friend Just cannot let this poor little black shepherd puppy die and That would be the only option for this 3 month baby boy. This sweet little puppy was found by animal control next to his dead mom. Again
A shelter Friend was Called. Coal has a very infected injury and an old very infected break . He was NEVER taken to the vet however SOME PE...RSON attempted to wrap it. However they wrapped it so tightly that it nearly severed his leg. Imagine hobbling with the pain of not only a broken leg but now the bandage that is cutting into your flesh more and more with every movement. He is so badly infected and the break so severe that this sweet little boy must loose his leg or he will die. We must get the infection under control before they amputate . NEXT

Sweet Cole at 5 months old has already been through so very much. After having the bad leg amputated ASF had the veterinary clinic x-ray the remaining back leg upon discovery of an oozing hole that was not initially visible. After the x-ray it was found that the remaining back leg has an infection in the bone and it may never develop or grow any further. A culture has been sent to the lab to find ...out which strain of antibiotics will work most effectively to fight the infection. Poor Cole has already been through so much at only 5 months old with 2 surgeries and a drainage tube. A Shelter Friend refuses to give up on this sweet loving puppy who has experienced so much trauma at a young age. Please help us in covering Cole's medical expenses so that he may grow up to have a quality of life that he deserves.

Donations can be made on our website www.ashelterfriend.org or calling the vet 910-862-3000
