This is Jasper. He was all but being starved to death in a forgotten, dilapidated, enclosure in a dirt yard. He is proof you can break their body but you can’t break a good dog’s spirit. He is the sweetest boy! Absolutely excited like crazy to see me and the wonderful Lucedale Police officer who helped me get him loaded in the van. He is at the shelter and will receive all the care and love he has done without for so long.

Helping dogs like Jasper get the life they deserve isn’t free, please consider helping us help Jasper and dogs like him- no amount is too small!

Meet Butch. He is 2.5 years old, UTD on vaccines, neutered, HW negative, and has recently had the ProHeart 6 shot. He gets along well with other dogs, is kid friendly, and knows his basic commands. All he needs is someone to love him forever. If you’d like to meet Butch please call or message me!

The Art Committee of the George County Chamber of Commerce is selling T-Shirts to benefit the Rise and Shine Animal Shelter in Lucedale, MS. The art was created by local artists Cheyenne Bosarge and Dee Turner!
