Nail caps on dogs typically last between 2 to 6 weeks, falling off naturally with the dog's nail growth. The exact duration depends on the dog's habits, including activity levels and any attempts to chew the caps off. If the caps haven't fallen off within 6 weeks, they should be removed by gently squeezing or trimming the tip and then rolling them off the nail.

🏠 Boarding
Most of the time your pets are not stressed during their boarding stay, but some do like the comfort more of their parent. Please bring something that has your scent to make them feel more comfortable (Blankets, tshirt, toy, or bed)
•Let us know while booking if you would like your pet to have a bath or grooming before going home, we will try our best to accommodate you
•We supply blankets, cots and bowls
•$20 a night
•If staying together in the same run its $15 each additional
•If staying atleast 2 days your pet goes home with a complimentary bath and nail trim
•We have 24/7 surveillance
•To book your pets boarding stay you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of half of your stay to secure your spot during holiday busy season
•All up to date vaccinations are required. Last thing we would want is any disease to be transmitted to another dog staying as well. We do not accept puppies until all vaccines are complete.
•Bring own food so they can stay on their schedule, changing food could cause unwanted stomach issues
•During the work day 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. your pet is being cared for all day and we come back for the night shift. On days we are closed we do come 4 times a day to care for your pet. If you wish to pick up your pet or drop off on one of our closed days arrangements would have to be made prior due to specific arrangements having to be made for the owner or someone that does the checking in and out to be the one in shop. You are welcome to pick up the following morning. If you pick up after 2:00 you will charged an for day boarding fee.

• Nail Caps: $35
Cat nail caps typically last for 4-8 weeks, as they fall off with the natural growth and shedding of the cat's nail sheath. The exact duration can vary, with some falling off sooner (even in a few days) due to an individual cat's scratching activity, exercise, or how fast their nails grow. To ensure proper care and comfort, it is recommended to check your cat's nails regularly and reapply the caps when they fall off.

🕒 Policies
• All pets must be picked up within 30 min of completion.
• 30 minutes past pickup = $10 extra
• Each additional hour = $20
• Our employees are commission-based so they do not get paid when they have to wait additional time.This policy also reduces potty accident risks and anxiety from a kennel.
•If you need additional time for pick up just be sure to discuss that with your groomer at check in and we can try to work with you
• 15 min grace period for drop off, after 15 min there is no gurantee that we can still take you. If we do, it could be a additional charge for a late fee.
• We require atleast a 24 hr cancelation, if not given a 24 hr cancel notice then we will be required to charge the groomers percentage of the service price booked to the card on file. If you No show you will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. Our groomers are commission, when you do not show or cancel last minute there is no guarantee we can fill that spot and they do not get paid for those time slots missed.
