We had so much fun at the Fire Hydrant 5k this past weekend! 🐾

We had the best time connecting with our community and cheering on runners and their four-legged companions. A huge thank you to NOCO Humane for organizing such a wonderful event in support of animals in need. It was an honor to be part of it.

To everyone who stopped by our booth and said hello, thank you! It means the world to us to meet the pets and people who make up this amazing community. Events like these remind us why we love what we do. 🐶

Today, we pause to honor the brave service members who gave everything in service to this country. Their sacrifice and dedication are something we carry with us, not just today, but always.

Meet the two newest heart-stealers at Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists, El and Hopper! 🐾❤️

These King Charles Cavalier puppies may have been born with congenital heart disease, but they aren’t letting that slow them down. While a diagnosis like this can be scary for any pet parent, we are happy to share that they are doing great.

Dr. Karn has put together a solid long-term plan to help them manage their heart health and improve their quality of life. There is nothing quite like the resilience of a puppy, and we are honored to be part of their journey!

As temperatures start to climb in Colorado, we want to share an important reminder: please don't leave your pets in the car, even for a quick errand. 🚗

On a 70°F day, the inside of a parked car can reach over 100°F in just minutes. Animals can't regulate heat the way we do, and heatstroke can set in frighteningly fast.

If you ever suspect your pet is overheating, call us immediately. We're here 24/7. 🐾

Motherhood looks different for everyone, and we're grateful to be trusted with the animals who hold such a special place in your hearts. To all of you who love so fiercely, today is for you. 🩷

One year ago, Cub faced a daunting battle with rib osteosarcoma. To give him the best chance, Dr. Kuzminsky performed a complex surgery to remove multiple ribs, which Cub followed up with a brave round of chemotherapy.

Fast forward to today, and we are so proud to share that Cub is officially one year cancer-free! 🎉

He’s back to doing what he loves most at home, and we couldn’t resist sharing this photo of him with one of his favorite people, Anna. It’s moments like these when we see our patients thrive long after they leave our doors that remind us why we do what we do. 🐾🧡

🐾 Patient Spotlight: Potato the Kitten! 🐾

This little guy stole our hearts the moment he came through our doors! 🥔💕

Potato came to our ER not feeling his best. He was having some trouble breathing and tummy discomfort, which had his family worried. Our team got right to work, and Potato was set up in one of our cozy oxygen kennels to help support his breathing.

Let's just say Potato had absolutely no complaints about his accommodations. He settled right in, got some well-deserved rest overnight, and honestly looked like he was living his best life in there.

By the next morning, our little spud was doing so much better that he was able to come out of the oxygen kennel and head home to his very relieved family! ❤️ We're so happy to report that Potato is now back to his normal, mischievous kitten self!
