We are concerned that this little one was dumped at the clinic. We know that we have some chickens in the back that free roam but she doesn’t appear to be one of them. At ACE we do understand that thing can be difficult and we do not judge on outcomes that owners do decide on, but it’s hurtful to think that she was possibly left in the parking lot with this injury, not knowing where food or water was. Before leaving an animal abandoned, just come in and tell your story and we are willing to help. She is now getting help with tube feeding and pain medications, we will see what the future holds for this little lady.
