Preston Animal Hospital Veterinary Hospital, Grooming, Pet Store It was one of four clinics owned by Fairco, Inc. In 1989, Dr. Caryl Kline joined the staff.

Our veterinary clinic was first opened in the early 1980s as Affordable Animal Hospital by Dr. Henry Fairleigh. In the late 1980s, the name was changed to Fairleigh Pet Center-Preston. She purchased the clinic in November 1994 and changed the name to Preston Animal Hospital a few years later.

Today is National Rescue Dog Day!

Let's see those rescue babies!!

Fun fact: When a rescue dog enters a new home, they typically go through three stages of decompression as they learn to trust their new environment:
3 Days: The dog may feel overwhelmed, shut down, or test boundaries. They are still trying to figure out if they are safe.
3 Weeks: The dog is starting to settle in, realize this is their new home, and show their true personality.
3 Months: The dog is fully bonded with their family and has learned the household routines.

My name is Michaela, I'm a Veterinary Assistant at Preston Animal Hospital 🐾. I'm currently in school to become a licensed veterinary technician.
