Some names are unforgettable, and so are the animals behind them! Today we're celebrating Sheba, Toupee, and Salted Caramel Macchiato.

From shelter life to couch life, these three found exactly where they belong. We hope their day is filled with extra treats, belly rubs, cat naps, and all the love they can handle.

Haylee has received pending rescue commitments from Little Blue Tattoo and Yorkie Rescue of the Carolinas!

Thank you to everyone who shared her post and helped get her the help she needs. Because of your support, this sweet girl now has a brighter future ahead.

🚨 URGENT RESCUE NEEDED: HAYLEE 🚨

Haylee is a 7-year-old female Yorkie facing serious medical challenges and is in urgent need of a rescue partner.

Haylee suffers from severe dental decay and is currently being medicated to keep her comfortable. There is also concern that she may have a jaw fracture, requiring further diagnostics and treatment. Due to the extent of her condition, she is currently being maintained on a liquid diet.

Veterinary estimates place her needed care at approximately $5,000, and all medical records can be provided to interested rescue organizations.

⏰ Haylee must have a confirmed rescue commitment no later than Monday at 4:00 PM.

Despite her condition, Haylee deserves the opportunity to live without pain and receive the care she needs. We are hoping to find a rescue willing to give this little girl the second chance she deserves.

🚨 RESCUE NEEDED: TITUS 🚨

Meet Titus, a 6-month-old Great Dane mix with a heart as big as his paws.

This friendly, goofy puppy loves other dogs and is learning that cats aren't just tiny dogs. With proper introductions and supervision, he can learn to respect their space and his own growing size.

Titus is in need of a rescue placement due to nerve damage in one of his front paws. Despite his injury, he remains a happy, affectionate boy who just wants attention, playtime, and a chance at a normal puppy life. He deserves the opportunity to recover in a calm environment where his medical needs can be properly addressed.

While in our care, Titus is being comfortably managed with medication and continues to enjoy life as any puppy should. Medical records, treatment information, and veterinary X-rays are available and will be provided to approved rescue partners.

Titus doesn't know he's different—he's still the same silly, lovable puppy who believes every person is a friend and every day is an adventure. He just needs someone willing to give him a chance.

☁️ Meet Cotton Ball ☁️

Before anyone asks... yes, we have receipts. Cotton Ball really was a giant fluffy cotton ball when he got his name. Unfortunately, years of matting and painful knots meant he needed a fresh start and a very short haircut. Under all that fluff, however, was the same adorable little guy!

A huge shoutout to Tia for always coming to the rescue with emergency grooming and helping our shelter pets feel comfortable and cared for. ❤️✂️

Cotton Ball is a 10-year-old neutered male poodle mix with enough personality to make up for every inch of fluff he lost. He's dog and cat friendly, but he does like to keep his food and toys to himself. Sharing is a suggestion, not a requirement, according to Cotton Ball.

Don't let the haircut fool you—this little man is still convinced he's a celebrity. He's got opinions, confidence, and the kind of attitude usually reserved for dogs three times his size.

If you're looking for a senior dog who can make you laugh every day and keep you on your toes, come meet Cotton Ball. His hair will grow back, but his larger-than-life personality is already in full bloom. ☁️🐾💕

Today is a big win for three very lucky animals as they head off to start their new lives in loving homes. Ducky, Pinto, and Tank each have their own story, but they all share the same happy ending—finding their people.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Saturday event has been cancelled.

🐾 The good news? The shelter will still be OPEN for adoptions from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM!

We have plenty of wonderful dogs and cats waiting to meet their future families. If you've been thinking about adding a furry friend to your home, this is the perfect opportunity to stop by and visit.

This handsome **male Great Pyrenees**, approximately **3 years old**, was found near **Brick Mill Road in Coats, NC** and is currently safe.
