Birch is one of those kittens I wish I could keep (and sometimes my wishes come true)— and to be fair, I can say that about almost every one of my kids 🥰. When you only cross the best of the best, the result is well… this. 🥳

He’s sweet, loving, incredibly easy to handle, and always ready to be loved, to play or cuddle. Birch has a soft, joyful nature that makes him always a pleasure to be around, and he truly embodies the kind of temperament and elegance we strive for in this breed. He is the complete package 🤩esy

Hazel is a probable future queen in the Cattery, pending genetic testing where we evaluate several important markers — but she carries herself like she already knows she belongs here. 🤩

Sweet, petite, and thoughtful, she’s been growing up alongside five brothers, which honestly feels like a heroic feat for any girl. She’s charming, observant, and full of personality… and today you get to enjoy one of her kitten blooper moments. She’s just as funny as she is gorgeous 🥰😹

Meet 🌳 Oak
💚
Oak has such a beautifully balanced presence — strong yet deeply gentle. He’s often one of the first to come over, quietly settle in, and rest his head into my hand for a soft little “head boop.” It’s his way of connecting, and it never gets old. In this photo shoot we couldn’t get him to stop trying to head boop the toy. 😹🤩

He’s incredibly affectionate, emotionally intuitive, and a stunning representation of the Cornish Rex breed, both in temperament and structure. Oak doesn’t demand attention — he simply draws you in.

This is one of those moments you don’t stage—you earn.

I apparently fell asleep hard the other night… and sometime after that, the cats quietly held a meeting and decided I was going to be sat on. One by one. Full surround sound purring.

I joke that they came to “recharge” me—but honestly? I think animals read exhaustion better than humans do. No questions. No commentary. Just warmth, weight, rhythm, and calm. Like, “Shhh. You’re offline. We’ve got this.”

Maybe they know something I don’t.
Maybe they just know when someone needs to be held together by small bodies and a collective motor.

Either way—I woke up better than I went down.
And I’ll take that kind of medicine any day. 🐾💤💛

🎻 Throwback to one of our favorite rehearsals… 🎻

Two years ago, during what can only be described as a very serious cello-inspired dress rehearsal, I captured this video of kittens moving almost perfectly in sync—and it’s been loved ever since.

This little ensemble came from four separate litters, each with their own rhythm and personalities:
