Sugar Kittens Cafe and Cattery We offer an amazing, immersive experience with 60 plus kittens all under one roof! We have about 30-40 cats and kittens to snuggle and play with.

We also offer over 100 sodas and bottled beverages from all the country and delicious Fat & Weird Cookies!! Most of our cats are available for adoption except for our resident cats. We recommend making a reservation but we do allow walk in visits if the lounge is not full. You are welcome to stop by for a coffee, bubble tea, or treat anytime without a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by an

adult. THERE MUST BE ONE ADULT FOR EACH CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 10. A signed waiver and paid admission is required for each person entering the lounge regardless of age. We wanted to update you on Emily!
Her and her brother Hobbs came to us from another local rescue.
Emily was diagnosed with FIP a little over a month ago.
She has almost completed her first half of the 84 day treatment.
She has been doing great so it’s time to order more medication.
Each half of the treatment is about $600.
We would appreciate any help we can get. FIP used to be a death sentence, it no longer is.
But we need help to pay for this lifesaving treatment.

It’s the Summer Of Hope!
And that means we are trying to raise money for Hope’s back leg to be removed, her eye cleaned up, and her spay.
She came to us last Summer in pretty rough shape but look at her now!
She is finished with her FIP medication and once we get her surgery finished she will be ready for the good life!!
So we are asking for anything you can spare!

A couple of years ago we had what we called the Summer of Jane!
We raised money to get Miss Janes legs operated on to correct her Luxating Patella.
Thanks to your generosity Jane is now living her best life in an awesome home!

This year we will be having
The Summer of Hope!
We need your help to get a Hope all fixed up!
She came to us last summer with a very infected eye and the ball of her hip broken off and her back leg is basically just hanging.
We had surgery scheduled for her last October and then the awful news that she had FIP!
We refused to give up on her so we started her on the FIP treatment. She has now completed the treatment and is doing great!
We will be scheduling her surgery soon!

We still have some spots available for our Liberty event but they are also filling up fast!

We have scheduled another event for Saturday May 10th from 6-8 at our Lee’s Summit location!

This is Pumpkin, formerly known as Steph.
She was adopted by a very nice family in October of last year. She had some ongoing medical issues and we discovered she had a polyp in her ear.
She is having a scan done on Monday at Eagle Animal Hospital at Liberty and hopefully they can remove it.

You may remember Aqua, she came to us from Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph and St. Joseph Animal Shelter in December.
She was born without inner eyelids. We were concerned she would need expensive surgery to correct. We took her to a specialist and she has been cleared to find her furrever home!
If you would like to meet Aqua she will be arriving at our Liberty location in about a week!
