This morning, I took Luna and Daisy to the urgent pet veterinary clinic in Crystal River. Daisy is suffering from a severe ear infection, while Luna has her chronic cough and diarrhea issues.Luna has never been that healthy. We will do everything we can for the both of them. Then we also have Tallie in Kidney failure.

Giving Tallie her first bag of fluids today . They want her to now have two bags a day. It takes over an hour so. I sit on the floor with her so she doesn’t move and pull the needle out.,I will do what ever it takes to help her. She is just a baby herself. She came to us with eptopic ureter issues . We did the surgery and she has suffered from frequent UTI’S , they now say she is in Stage 4 kidney failure. But she only has one functioning kidney . So they can’t remove that one. So we do what we can for her. As long as she is eating, drinking and playing a little we must help her. I will never make any of our dogs suffer. Just for us. But she is holding her own for now. Please say a prayer for our little Tallie girl. Miracles do happen all the time. 🙏😇💕🙏😇💕🙏😇💕

Such a lady like pose. 🥱♥️. .?Miss. Tumbles enjoying the cooler weather after a rain storm earlier that day..We love our Tumbles . She is another medical special needs girl.,meaning she is still under veterinary care from our great group of veterinarians up at UF Veterinary Hospital . Since we are a rescue and sanctuary we do have several dogs that have on going medical needs and continue to receive medical care from our large group of veterinarians that we work with at UF and our local veterinarians . That is why we say it really does take a village. And your continued support of encouragement and donations also help us continue our mission. We are a 501c 3 . Tax exempt. We are one of a very small group of rescues in Citrus county that do have all our certificates . Proper documentation and licenses. Thank you to all of you for your continued support. From Rags to Riches Another great success story. This little man was starved, neglected and jumped out of the window to save hisself. Our great volunteer Nancy W , heard his story and got him just before he was to be transported to an animal control down south. We had him for several months and with lots of love and understanding he survived and became the man he is today.He was in such bad shape when he arrived the animal control may if just put him to sleep. It’s with the village we work with he was saved and now is living the good life , full of love. Warmth and he is truly treasured. Thank you for the update. ♥️

Tallie is in stage 4 kidney failure. 😢spoke with her veterinarian up at UF today . They want me to try and do fluids twice a day. She will ONLy eat K/D canned , twice a day . And her prognosis is very guarded. We will do what ever we can for her as long as she has a good quality of life. As long as she continues to eat. But as the time comes we will be forced to say good bye. She is only four years old and this is absolutely breaking my heart. 💔😢🙏

We want to thank Volunteer Marianne S for donating the new wagon. Thank you we have several uses for the wagons. Laundry, food etc, etc. thank you.

We want to Thank Volunteer Richard ( Dick) for taking such care of our lawn and grounds here at Joshua’s House.We have five acres so it’s a big task , and Richard has stepped up to take total control of all our grounds and he keeps it looking as good as papa John used to do. Thank you so very very much Richard. ❤️❤️❤️
