The past few weeks have been challenging for so many of our Associates, clients, patients, and communities due to the devastating wildfires in our hometown of Los Angeles. Across our hospitals and at our Support Office, we work hard to make VCA a part of the community, and we know how important it is for us to show up. We continue to send our thoughts and support to those impacted.

There are ways we can all get involved to support our Associates, clients, patients, and communities during these disasters, from the wildfires in Los Angeles, to the recent storms on the East Coast. You can make a significant impact by donating to VCA Charities here https://www.vcacharities.org/donations. Contributions are tax-deductible and go fully toward assisting those in need. VCA Charities regularly awards disaster relief grants, and we will continue to stay close with our Associates who are experiencing hardships to determine where we can support.

As part of Mars Veterinary Health, we also wanted to share the different ways that Mars business units are coming together to take swift action to support people and pets:
-Contributed monetary donations to non-profit organizations, including The American Red Cross, World Central Kitchen, Feeding America, and Greater Good Charities.
-Distributed in-kind human and pet food product donations from our Ben's Original™, KIND Snacks, Nature's Bakery, M&M'S®, SNICKERS®, PEDIGREE®, Royal Canin, and BUCKEYE™ Nutrition brands, among others, through partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
