This week, we celebrated Mindful May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚
Our team was encouraged to take a moment to slow down, relax, and reflect on the importance of self-care. To help create space for wellness, we enjoyed lunch catered by Toastique with a Build-Your-Own Smoothie Bowl bar, followed by dinner from Salata featuring fresh salads, wraps, and pasta — all with health and wellness in mind.
Employees were also invited to choose from a table of items designed to help customize their journaling experience, along with tips on how to build healthy habits that support both mental and physical well-being.
We are so grateful for our compassionate team and the care they give every day. Mindful May was a small way to remind everyone that caring for yourself matters, too. 🌿✨
