Hopefully you saw our post last week with the move in schedule and some helpful reminders.
Just in case you missed it, here is the schedule for our upcoming move in weekend.
Thursday, June 26: Normal hours of operation 8 am - 7 pm

⛔Friday, June 27: CLOSED to all appointments. No phones, emails, or texts available. Large animal EMERGENCY on call services only.
⛔Saturday, June 28: CLOSED to all appointments. No phones, emails, or texts available. Large animal EMERGENCY on call services only.
⛔Sunday, June 29: CLOSED - Large animal EMERGENCY on call services only.

Planning Ahead:
💊🍚If your pet requires daily medication or prescription food, please plan ahead to get that ordered in advance of the move.
⛔We will not be available for services or refills from Thursday, June 26 at 7:00 pm until Monday, June 30 at 10:00 am
🚚What to expect after the move:🚚
We have recently communicated a few policy changes, namely with prescription refill requests.
💊We ask that you please allow 48 hours for refill requests to be fulfilled.💊
We now have a designated pharmacy technician most hours of operation.
This technician is responsible for all prescription refills.
So, please give advance notice so that the request can be submitted for approval and fulfillment.
Feel free to call, text, or submit a request through the patient portal.
We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
Other Updates to prepare for:
🅿️Parking🅿️
Parking for clients is in the top lot (uphill side of the clinic)
We also offer a private room with access from the lower lot for bereavement or other patient needs upon request.
📞New Phone Menu📞
When you call into the office starting June 30, please listen closely to the new phone menu.
You will be given various options based on your reason for calling. (Appointments, refills, general questions, large animal, etc)
The purpose of this new phone menu is to better direct your questions or concerns to the proper team member.

🆕Waiting Room
In order to help decrease some of the stress of our patients, we have divided the waiting room for cats and dogs.
When you enter the new building, the dog waiting room is on the right and the cat waiting room is on the left.
If you are bringing a mixed family of cats and dogs, please have a seat on the dog side.
We can't wait to see you there!
