Timber will be 3 this year, he has turned out to be an awefully cute and amazingly lovey little guy. He is the only horse here whose name does not start with Hidden Timber. I am quite excited to see what he will produce.

Last night just before midnight Mira brought this very special little girl into this world. Spirit is the proud daddy. This is going to be our only foal this year. Pictures taken at 12 hours old.

Spirit’s final award, his Superior Achievement!
Spirit is retiring from the show ring, in our seven years of showing he has acquired 9 Register of Merits (every class we enter),5 register of Excellences, including all four driving classes we enter. He is retiring with 1322 open PtHA points!
He said he wouldn’t mind staying home and just being a stallion.

I did not want to jinx this by posting it any earlier. A wonderful couple and their children came to see Galaxy a few weeks ago. I know I have told a lot of you that he was the only horse for sale. Part of my problem was my mares have been a tightly knit, bonded group for most if not all of their lives. However, when they asked if they could buy several mares also, a chance to let some of them go became easier. They purchased Galaxy and four mares: Alibi, Passion, Lacy and Happy. Congratulations and thank you so much to the Coopers!

The two pictures on the left are Ghostly, the best moving driving horse I have ever had the pleasure of driving, world champion hunter in hand and one of the sweetest horses on earth. Second two are Jake, Ghost is Jake’s uncle on both his maternal and paternal sides. When Jake was born I couldn’t believe how much he looked like Ghost! Once weaned Uncle Ghost will be Jake’s babysitter.
