❤️ PECO IS READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME! ❤️

If you've been following Peco's journey, you know just how far this boy has come! 🥹

When Peco first came to us, he wasn't exactly a fan of humans. He was hissy, unsure of us, and wanted nothing to do with being touched. But with patience, love, and plenty of yummy food, this boy has discovered that humans actually aren't so bad!

Now? He's gone from avoiding pets to WANTING ALL THE PETS! ❤️ It's been so rewarding watching his personality blossom and seeing him learn to trust.

Peco is roughly 6 months old and ready to find a family who will love him as much as we've grown to love him!

🧡 Fishtopher (The Orange Shadow)
Fishtopher takes "orange cat behavior" to a whole new level. He is fiercely, unapologetically clingy. He doesn’t just want to be near you; he wants to be on you at all times. He is a total lovebug, though he does get a little jealous if he catches you giving attention to anyone else!

🤎 Quarter (The Sweet Sidekick)
Quarter is the perfect counter-balance to his brother's Velcro personality. He is just as sweet, loving, and ready to cuddle up next to you once playtime wraps up. He’s a happy-go-lucky, well-socialized boy who fits right in anywhere.

🏡 The Ideal Home:
• An active family with plenty of toys to burn off their kitten energy.
• A home with dogs or other cats (they love making new friends!).
• Someone who embraces Velcro-level affection and doesn't mind a little orange shadow following them from room to room.

🏡 BARN HOME NEEDED FOR CUBONE! 🐾

Meet Cubone! ❤️ This handsome 5-month-old boy is looking for a safe, loving barn home where he can have a place of his own, plenty of care, and a kitty friend to grow up with!

We want to make sure Cubone finds the RIGHT home, so please read our barn cat requirements before reaching out. A barn cat still deserves safety, shelter, daily care, and a lifetime commitment! 🐱

🐾 BARN HOME REQUIREMENTS:

🏡 A minimum 3-week acclimation period in a secure, escape-proof enclosure inside the barn or sheltered area, with food, fresh water, a litter box, and a hiding spot.

🍽️ Daily cat food and fresh water, including a plan to keep water from freezing during the winter.

❄️ Permanent access to a dry, warm shelter and protection from the elements.

🚗 A safe location away from busy roads, with protection from dogs and other animals that could harm him.

🩺 A commitment to monitoring his health and providing veterinary care whenever needed.

❤️ A promise to give him a permanent home for the rest of his life.

🐈 Kitty companionship is a MUST! Cubone needs existing barn cat friends to join, or he needs to go with a buddy so he won't be alone.

✅ Cubone is fully vetted and ready for his next chapter!

🚙 Located in the Lansing, Michigan area, and I am willing to transport him a reasonable distance to find the right home!

❤️🐾 SORRY WE’VE BEEN MIA! 🐾❤️

We promise we haven’t disappeared! We’ve just been so busy saving kitties, caring for our fosters, and helping the little ones who need us that we haven’t had much time to update our page. 😅❤️ Rescue life doesn’t slow down, and there’s always another kitty who needs help!

Unfortunately, today we have another little one who needs our village. 💔

ONE TINY KITTEN. ALL ALONE. IN NEED OF HELP. 😿

This little girl was found all alone in a pole barn — skinny, wet, cold, sick, and absolutely covered in ear mites. 💔 We can only imagine what this tiny baby has been through, but thankfully, she’s no longer alone.

Now she needs what every kitten deserves: a warm and safe place, medications, lots of TLC, and a whole lot of love. ❤️🐾 She has a road to recovery ahead of her, and we’re going to do everything we can to help her feel better.

🙏 We’re asking for prayers for this sweet girl as she begins her journey toward feeling healthy and happy again.

As you can imagine, rescue comes with expenses, and medical cases like this add up quickly. Between medications, veterinary care, food, and supplies, every little bit makes a difference.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Novi Pet Expo!!! 9 cats found amazing new furever families!!!! We also got to talk to so many fun and amazing people throughout the weeken, as well as sell some items from our amazing volunteers for fundraising! 💝 Now it's time for our volunteers to rest up for a few days after working so hard over the weekend ☺️

Meet Merlin! 🖤

Merlin is a handsome black, medium-haired gentleman with soulful eyes and a quiet strength that tells the story of a life well lived. Found outside as a stray with painfully injured paw pads, Merlin has left the hardships of street life behind and is now ready to find the loving forever home he deserves.

We believe Merlin is an older boy, and he's embraced the finer things in life—soft beds, gentle pets, and the comfort of being safe indoors. He's a sweet, laid-back companion who would love a peaceful home where he can relax and enjoy his golden years.

Merlin loves going for walks with his leash and harness, he would easily love to be a kitty who goes on a walk here and there to keep a taste of that outdoor life. We dont believe it would be safe for him to roam outside alone though.

Merlin is FIV-positive, but don't let that discourage you! Cats with FIV can live long, happy, healthy lives. FIV is primarily spread through deep bite wounds from serious fighting, so Merlin can safely live with other friendly, non-aggressive cats who get along well with him.

Merlin could adjust to older children, and other cats but he does NOT like dogs. If you happen to have an older dog who doesnt show interest in cats he may adjust well.

After everything he's been through, Merlin is ready for a family that will give him the love, comfort, and security he's always deserved. If you have room in your heart for a resilient, affectionate senior gentleman, Merlin is waiting to cast his spell on you.

We’re throwing out a little challenge today for Against All Odds Cat Rescue! ❤️

Rescue never really stops. While our cats are waiting for their forever families, we’re constantly buying food, litter, medications, supplies, and taking care of vet bills for the cats who need us.

💔 HOW IS JASMINE STILL WAITING?! 💔

Jasmine is about 5 months old, and somehow, this beautiful girl has become the longest-waiting foster kitten we have. We truly don’t understand how she keeps getting overlooked! 😿

Jasmine is the sweetest little tabby who LOVES other cats. ❤️ In fact, we really think she needs a home with at least one other kitty to keep her company. She loves having feline friends to play with, cuddle with, and hang out with.

She’s also great with kids and doesn’t mind dogs, making her an all-around wonderful addition to a family. She’s pretty much got everything going for her… she just needs someone to finally choose her. 🥹❤️

✨ Jasmine is:

Peco is also looking for his forever home. He’s still learning that humans aren’t so bad, and he’s definitely more cautious than Jasmine. But he took a liking to her almost instantly. She seems to give him confidence, and they’ve become quite the little duo. ❤️

We would absolutely LOVE for Jasmine and Peco to find a home together, but it’s not required. Jasmine does need another kitty companion in her forever home, while Peco would simply be extra lucky if his forever family happened to include his new best friend. 🐱🐱
