We received an URGENT message yesterday about this momma and her 10 babies living under an rv. As many of you know the desert heat here has been unbearable. We immediately said yes! Once this previous family arrived we were told of this incredible mom’s love for her newborns. The homeless family who had been feeding her noticed she was no longer pregnant and the pups were nowhere to be found. So the kind lady purchased a tracker and put it on her collar. What was recorded of her travels is nothing but amazing! She had traveled 3 miles each way bringing 1 pup at a time back to this kind lady who had been feeding her…this is 60 miles in total. 😍😍
BONITA and her pups are all safe here now with us in an AC cooled room free to just relax now and care for her pups. Thank you to all of those who made this rescue possible and and I’m happy to report ALL babies are fat and healthy.

5 little dachsund mix pups…available in about a month

These 3 little nuggets will be ready for adoption next week. Mom was a small chi mix 10 pounds. We do not know what the dad was.

We received an urgent call to see if we could take in this sweet family… of course it took about 1 minute to respond and say YES! Here is the shelter video, the transport photo and them all snuggles in here in our home🩷🩷
