Everybody loves a birthday….

Rescue dogs deserve birthday celebrations! August 1 is known as Dogust 1st: Universal Birthday for Shelter Dogs. Thousands of sweet dogs land at animal shelters until they can find forever homes. If you’ve ever visited a shelter, you know the heart-wrenching looks on their faces. But there’s always hope.

August 1, or DOGUST is the birthday celebration day for shelter dogs whose birthdays aren’t known. If you adopted your pet, today is the day to celebrate!

🐾 Happy Adoption Day, Binx & Ivy! 🐾

Binx and Ivy’s lives began on the streets, where they were found with their mom and littermates at just 5 weeks old. Thankfully, they were rescued and given the love, safety, and care they deserved.

One of our favorite things is seeing kittens adopted in pairs. Having a lifelong feline companion means built-in playtime, comfort, and friendship.

Since their rescue, Binx and Ivy have been vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and each received a spay/neuter voucher.

Now these two sweet kittens are beginning their next chapter together with their loving forever family. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness, playful adventures, cozy cuddles, and endless purrs. Congratulations to Binx, Ivy, and their wonderful family! 🏡❤️

ADOPT Ash ✨ (Please share)

With his snowy white coat and adorable soft gray spots, Ash is as handsome as he is lovable. His gentle coloring and sweet little face make him absolutely irresistible — and his affectionate personality makes him even more special. 🤍🩶

Approximately 10 weeks old and only 2.5 pounds, Ash is a tiny ball of love curiosity, and purrs. He was rescued alongside his Mom and 6 siblings from a local shelter when they were only 6 weeks old. Thanks to rescue, he’s now safe, thriving, and ready to find the forever home he deserves. He does well with other kittens and coexists nicely with dogs.

Ash has been vaccinated 2 times, dewormed 3 times, and microchipped. His adoption fee also includes a neuter voucher for when he’s old enough to be neutered; so the adoption fee includes his neuter surgery.

I received an urgent email from a South LA shelter about three underage puppies who were severely tick-infested and in need of immediate rescue.

Without hesitation, I jumped in to help. 💛

These little ones are now safe, receiving treatment, and currently in quarantine. They are approximately 7 weeks old and weigh around 4 pounds each. The owners who surrendered them said their mom was a Chihuahua and their dad a Shih Tzu—so we’ve got some adorable mixes on our hands! 🐶❤️

If all goes well, they should be available for adoption within the next week—after a second vet check and once they’re officially cleared.

In the meantime, we could really use your help:

Year SIX of teaching Humane Education to the 5th grade students at Arlington Elementary in Torrance! 🐶❤️

We talked all about being responsible pet owners and learned how to safely meet dogs — with lots of fun, hands-on practice!

To wrap it up, each student received a certificate for a Raising Cane’s Kids Meal 🍗, plus a Raising Cane’s lanyard and pen.

Huge THANK YOU to my incredible volunteers for showing up and helping make this happen again. Couldn’t do it without you 🙏❤️

Meet Sally, a beautiful 1-year-old Terripoo (terrier & poodle mix) weighing 17 pounds. She is an absolute sweetheart—calm, gentle, and loving.

Sally was rescued from a family who could no longer care for her and was at risk of being taken to a shelter. She now has a second chance and is ready to find her forever home.

Infinite Love Animal Rescue is dedicated to finding forever homes for abandoned and displaced dogs and kittens, while educating the public to be more responsible pet owners.

We also host low-cost and free animal services, teach humane education programs to young children, and collect supplies for animals in need.

Congratulations to our beautiful kitten Sky, now named Kai (which means ocean).

The family loved the name Sky, but their human son is also named Sky, so you can see how that would get confusing 😂 But we think Kai (ocean) is a well-fitting name too. 💙

Sky/Kai is so strikingly handsome that he was actually harder to adopt. We got about 5 interest, lots of back and forth and all fell through. We are so grateful that this family adopted him. He has a canine sibling and they play hard all day long. 🐶😻

We rescued Sky/Kai from the streets. He was born from feral parents, who were (Trapped and Released) so the can no longer have babies.

Congratulations to our pretty little baby, Suki. After over a month, she found her FURever home. 🏡

We got Suki spayed, vaccinated, microchipped also gave her deworming and flea meds.

Suki was found abandoned in a backyard. The previous tenants left her behind and when the new tenants moved in, the landlord said to throw her on the street. Thankfully our rescue was able to take her in.

We are grateful to and for offering to foster her. Suki was initially scared and afraid of the dark, which made it a challenge to potty train. But through love and patience, she became potty trained and leash-trained.

… and as always we found the PERFECT home for Suki. The Mom and her Son both work from home and so she will always have companionship. 💕💕💕 Truly a nice family.
