Adoption/Rescue Fees:*
$100 per dog includes spay or neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, and microchip
$80 per cat includes spay or neuter, vaccines, and microchip

Please meet Valerie. ❤️

This girl is full of life, personality, and joy, yet somehow manages to be incredibly well-mannered at the same time. She has the kind of energy that makes you smile, but she’s also happy to settle in beside you and enjoy your company.

More than anything, Valerie is missing her people. You can see how badly she longs for human companionship—the gentle pets, the kind words, the feeling of belonging to someone. Every time she gets attention, she soaks it up as if she’s been waiting for it all day.

Valerie has so much love to give and is more than ready to trade shelter life for a couch, a family, and a place to call home. Could that be with you?

Meet Lori
She’s a little shy at first, taking a moment to soak everything in and figure out her surroundings. But don’t mistake that for weakness—this sweet girl is brave. Once she gets her bearings, she settles in beautifully and quietly stays by your side.

She’s another gentle, soulful dog whose eyes seem to ask the same question so many shelter dogs do: “How did I end up here?”

Kind, quiet, and full of love to give, she deserves a soft place to land and a family who will show her that better days are ahead.

How can we resist ? Looks, brains, personality. That’s Captain!
#📍 Lancaster County Animal Shelter is FULL

Captain is only 2 years old and somehow already has the sweetest soul. And yes… his ears really are always this cute 🥹

Captain came to us as part of an abandonment case alongside 4 other pups, but you’d never know it from the way he still trusts and loves so deeply. He’s a quiet, easygoing boy who walks beautifully on leash, seems potty trained, and is just an all around amazing fella to be around.

The kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much — just a safe home, kind people, and a chance to finally belong. 🤍

URGENT💔 returned for barking outside of the house 😩

Just a giant marshmallow 🐻‍❄️

Monte entered the shelter- like so so many- as a stray that no one claimed. A big, goofy, fluffy, sweet ham when it comes to people. But we weren’t sure what to expect when it came to other dogs. He’s a big talker behind a kennel door. But… once out- the tough man act drops and you see the big baby he really is. He loves other dogs! He loves to play and soak up any and all attention. He’s even potty trained! Just a goofy, lovable marshmallow looking for a home. 🤍
