This handsome fella is Vinnie! He’s here for our 14-day day school program. He’ll learn the puppy basics, sit, down, place, recall, and some walking skills. He grows every week!

Does your dog enjoy swimming in the lake? Here's some good information from AERC about blue green algae and what to look out for

If you're heading to a beach today and bringing your dog along, before you let your dog jump in, check for algae blooms. Blue-green algae can be deadly if ingested, and even a small amount is dangerous - for you and your dog. When in doubt — skip the swim and stick to safe, clean water sources. We’ve seen cases right here in Minnesota - most recently at Lake Nokomis. Does your dog prefer swimming in a lake, pool, or not at all?
