Doctors Janine Swailes and Susan Thorson opened Meadow Hills Veterinary Center in 1995, with the vision of providing compassionate, high quality veterinary care. Over the ensuing years their dream has grown in breadth and scope of ways to help pets become more comfortable, healthier and more active in their relationships with their families. With 4th of July approaching, we are just wanting to send out reminders that if your pet struggles with firework anxiety then it is not too early to start calling in for prescription medications in now to help ease the day of as well as day before or after! 🎆 And if we have not seen the pet within the year we can also get you scheduled for an exam in order to be able to dispense such medications. We will be closed on the 4th of July, so please call in fireworks sedatives beforehand, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fill prescriptions especially nearing the holiday, that way we can keep your pet nice and comfortable during the 4th!

"Buddy" came in for a dental last week with one of his favorite vet techs ever, Sarah! Of course they had to take this sweet looking photo prior getting his pearly whites cleaned.
