Meet Grizzy — our lovable, 1-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog who’s basically a giant, sweet ball of fluff! 🐻💙

Grizzy has been part of the Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care family since he was just a pup, and this week he came in for his neuter. Everything went perfectly, and he was the bestest boy the whole time! 🏅

Fun fact: Dr. Dent couldn’t resist his charm and even crawled right into his kennel after surgery for some extra post-op snuggles. 🥹🩵

We’re so proud of you, Grizzy — here’s to a speedy recovery and many more tail wags ahead! 🐶✨

🐾 Meet our Pet of the Week, Mayzie! 🐾 This 10-week-old Miniature Dachshund is stealing hearts all around H3PUC! 😍

Mayzie visited us on Wednesday for her first puppy exam and, of course, she was a total sweetheart. Dr. Dent and Kayla, VA, are already head over heels for this little one! 💖

Her best feature? Those adorable, perfect ears that make her look even cuter than she already is! 😆 And at just 3.3lbs, she's definitely a tiny bundle of joy. 🐾

Here's what her mom says: "She is a huge blessing in my life 🐾!" ✨

We can’t wait to see Mayzie grow into the wonderful pup she’s meant to be! 🐶

🐾 Meet our Pet of the Week, Peter Parker! 🌟

When Peter Park isn’t out fighting crimes 🕸️, he’s charming everyone with his cuddles and stealing food out of cabinets. Here’s what makes him so lovable:

😻 Super affectionate and always snuggled up to someone or something - including baby dolls or in baby toys.

🦵 Had his leg amputated when he was under a year old, but you’d never know it!

🏃‍♂️ Hops around everywhere, flirts with the neighbor cats, and is known to steal food out of cabinets.

🍕 Super cute and sweet, always stealing hearts!

He came to our clinic and was treated by Dr. Ott, ensuring he’s on the mend and stealing hearts with his irresistible charm!

Peter Parker is proof that nothing slows him down, not even his previous challenges. Let’s give him lots of love and wishes for a continued speedy recovery! ❤️🐱🕷️

🐾 Meet Bumi, this adorable kitten! 🐱🧡 She visited us yesterday for her first kitten exam, and Bumi was so calm and well-behaved throughout the appointment. Here are some tips to keep your cat or kitten calm:

Create a Safe Environment: Provide a quiet and secure space with hiding spots where your kitten can retreat when feeling anxious.

Use Pheromone Products: Products like Feliway mimic natural cat pheromones, promoting a sense of security and calmness.

Positive Reinforcement: Reward calm behavior with treats or praise to reinforce a relaxed state.

Regular Handling: Get your kitten used to gentle handling from an early age to reduce stress during vet visits.

🐾🐱 Meet Millicent and Beatrice, our adorable Sphynx kittens! They visited us last week for their booster vaccines, and they did great!

Update: We have some purtty smart followers- the Sphynx breed was actually created in the 60’s 🙀 Here in the United States! Thank you Dr. Brendel and Justyne for the cool fact update 😎

Despite their hairless bodies and distinctive wrinkled skin, they are friendly, affectionate, and often described as dog-like in behavior. These kittens love to cuddle up for warmth and attention! 😺❤️

🌟 Meet Louise, our adorable Pet of the Week! 🌟

At just 10 weeks old, this Golden Retriever puppy is already stealing hearts. She visited us earlier this week for her first puppy exam, and let’s just say — she’s as cute as a button! 😍💛

Louise is a ball of energy who loves:
🐄 Her cow stuffy Moolissa
🎾 Playing fetch
📦 Tearing into cardboard packages and grocery bags
🌲 And chasing pine cones around like a pro!

As for her dislikes? Well, according to her dad, it’s politics — but also she dislikes when playtime ends and nap time begins! 😂

We’re loving watching Louise grow and can’t wait to see what adventures she gets up to next! 🐾✨

Meet Judy, the coolest dog around! 🐶🎀

"She's not a regular dog, she's a cool dog!" 😎💫 And now, she's officially a big kid after getting spayed yesterday! At 8 months old, Judy’s had the opportunity to grow with us since she was a tiny puppy, and we're so proud to see her become a responsible, healthy dog.

Why is spaying so important? 🐾 Spaying helps prevent unwanted pregnancies, reduces the risk of certain cancers, and contributes to your dog’s overall health and longevity. It also helps control the pet population and keeps our furry friends happier and healthier! 🩺❤️
