Come for the produce, stay for the coffee! We have TOMATOES- the first of the season …while supplies last! Also this week, cauliflower, cabbage, snap peas, cucumbers, zucchini, and more! Get all the info about Lacto-fermentation to create probiotic-rich pickles. Use this process with any pickling recipe that you have. Kits containing all the pieces you need will be available for a $20. We will create a ferment, see some in progress and have some to taste. We are also providing a handout with the steps, recipes and links to great videos. Come taste the harvest! This Saturday, June 6th at 9:00am!
